ABOUT DAVID MILLER
David S. Miller Jr. established Miller Law, LLC after successfully managing a large personal injury caseload at a leading firm out of law school. His legal journey began with a clerkship under the Honorable Justice Robin Jean Davis of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
While earning his law degree, David was actively involved in student leadership and legal advocacy. He co-founded and served as vice president of the Carolina Conservancy, competed on the Trial Team, participated in the Board of Ethics Committee, and contributed to Resolved, a journal focused on alternative dispute resolution.
Today, David draws on his broad legal background to provide personalized, results-driven representation. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic accidents, criminal defense, and bad faith insurance disputes.
